This policy explains how AdsWIN MKT S.A.S. collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of people who visit adswinmkt.com, contact us or hire our services. It is governed by Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1074 of 2015 and other applicable Colombian regulations. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact data you provide: name, email, WhatsApp number, country, company, job title and any information about your business you share through forms, WhatsApp, email or meetings.
  • Browsing data: technical and usage information (pages visited, device, traffic source) through cookies and analytics tools, according to your preferences.
  • Contract and billing data: when you hire a service, the data required for the contract, electronic invoicing and legal and tax obligations.

We do not request sensitive data and do not knowingly collect data from minors.

3. How we use your data

  • To answer your requests, schedule meetings and prepare proposals.
  • To deliver the services you hire and communicate with you during the project.
  • To invoice, collect payments and comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.
  • To send you commercial information or content related to our services, only if you authorized it. You can withdraw that authorization at any time.
  • To measure and improve the website and our communications.

4. Your rights

You can access, update, correct or delete your data, request proof of your authorization, ask how your data has been used, withdraw your authorization (unless we have a legal or contractual duty to keep the data), and file complaints with Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce. To exercise them, write to angelica@adswinmkt.com. We answer inquiries within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days, as provided by Colombian law.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with providers that help us operate (web hosting, Google email and tools, WhatsApp and Meta, CRM, analytics and electronic invoicing platforms). Some of them may store information outside Colombia, under adequate security and confidentiality conditions.

6. Our clients’ customer data

When we access our clients’ databases to deliver a service (for example CRM records, WhatsApp conversations or lead lists), we act as a data processor: we use that data only under the client’s instructions and under confidentiality agreements. We sign NDAs and data processing agreements when the project requires it.

7. Cookies, security and retention

The site may use first- and third-party cookies (such as Google Analytics) to measure visits. You can block or delete them in your browser settings. We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data and keep it only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

8. Visitors from other countries

If you contact us from the European Union, the United States or elsewhere, we apply the same principles: clear purpose, data minimization, security and respect for your rights to access, correct and delete your data, through the same contact channel.

We may update this policy and will publish the current version on this page with its date.
